Moving

Jordan and I are in the process of buying a house.  If all things go well, we will be the proud owners of a three bedroom, two bath home in Stoughton, WI.  As of right now we will hopefully close on the house at the end of April.  No matter what happens, we need to be out of our apartment by the end of April.  That means.......lots and lots of packing.  It is amazing how much stuff we have accumulated and crammed into our tiny apartment.

This past weekend we started packing.  After having two full days to pack, we only got one room packed.  Our guest room is packed and ready to go. 

The rest of the apartment still needs to be packed and we have three weeks to do it.  My goal is to pack a couple boxes each night.  I'm such a procrastinator though, we'll see if I follow through.

One reason we didn't get very much packed in two days is beacuse Jordan and I are easily distracted.  We are good at coming up with reasons to take a break.  While I was packing, Jordan was tearing apart and old couch that we are "junking".  The dogs were feeling left out so they wouldn't leave Jordan alone.  You could tell they just wanted to play.  Here they are making there point to Jordan.

Since Jordan didn't instantly drop what he was doing to play with the dogs, Rowdy made it a little bit more clear that he needed some attention.  He jumped into the couch with Jordan, and didn't give him any room to keep working.  

Us being easily disrtacted, ended up taking a break after all to take the dogs on a walk.  The dogs got their attention and we ended up being done packing for the day.
