To celebrate Dr. Seuss' birthday, my theme for the week at the Preschool was Dr. Seuss. I remember when I was little, eating green eggs at school. So of course I decided to dedicate a day to the book,
Green Eggs and Ham, and the children were able to eat GREEN EGGS!!
Out of 17 students, all but 2 LOVED them. In fact, I had some that had thirds!!!
