It has been quite some time since I have been able to blog. We've had a lot going on the past couple of months. We were suppose to close on our house on April 27, unfortunatley we ran into some unexpected bumps and were not able to. Since we had to be out of our apartment by the the end of April, we were officially homeless. We are lucky to have so many friends that were willing to help out, because our friends Dave and Lasa ended up housing us for two weeks. While we were living with Dave and Lasa, our stuff sat packed away at Jordan's work. Thank you Andy for letting us crowd up the shop for so long. We had some stuff piled in the corner of the shop......
We also had Leafguard's cube truck full.
While living with Dave and Lasa, I celebrated my 27th birthday. The four of us went out to dinner, and Lasa surprised me with my favorite...... a fun fetti birthday cake!
Earlier on my birthday, I was also surprised when I had flowers delivered to me at work. I always give Jordan a hard time asking why he never gives me flowers anymore. Well, I got my flowers and they were BEAUTIFUL. (Sorry the lighting is bad because my kiddos were napping.)
Overall, it turned out to be a really great birthday.......even though we didn't have the house yet.
