O Christmas Tree

As a kid, I remember going out to the country as a family to cut down our Christmas tree.  As we got older, we started buying a Christmas tree from a pre-cut lot.  I really enjoyed the adventures of going out and finding the perfect tree to cut down in the chilly snow.  We decided that this would be a neat tradition for us to start as a family. So, this past weekend we went to a tree farm!

After searching the whole area, we finally found a tree for our apartment.

and his brother Tyler came to help with the heavy lifting/carrying of the tree.  What a sweet brother.   :)



The tree farm was quite muddy, and left our white car a mess!  It was fun spinning in the mud though.  We had lots of people watching us try to get out!



During the Packer game, I decorated the tree while the boys...................

slept.  Here is our very first Christmas tree!  I have never decorated all by myself, so I was pretty excited!
